Hello welcome! please check out our historic property built in 1882. I have personally been renting out properties for filming and still shoots for over 25 years. It is essential to work with the productions as well as the local neighbors as a team to insure a smooth production and a happy neighborhood for repeat business! I also have an extensive background as a site manager for large scale events on location rental properties in Santa Barbara & Santa Ynez. I look forward to showing you around and answering any questions you have.
You literally couldn’t ask for a better experience and host. If I could rate the experience 10 out of 5 stars I would!! Sally (the host) went above and beyond for us to make my film possible. SERIOUSLY my film wouldn’t have worked out if it wasn’t for her. She understands the struggles of filmmakers versus most super strict business minded hosts - she really does care. Her extra efforts didn’t go unnoticed & were truly impactful in every way. She had great communication, flexibility, and willingness to work around our needs. Location scouting & light scouting was a breeze, prepping was amazing, AND she even brought us SNACKS/DRINKS every time! Unheard of!! She truly is passionate about helping people and making their visions come to life - it felt god sent. I recommend this place 10x over and it’s actually a fantastic location just in general. The house is packed full of props and old creepy pieces to liter your set with and she loves helping! She allowed me to prep around her schedule with no hassle. We had a great experience with our small stills shoot here. The host was extremely quick to reply to any questions prior to booking. She was welcoming on shoot day, very accomodating, and she went above & beyond to help us whenever she could.

The beautiful Woodbury Estate was exactly what our crew was looking for! Great location for a film shoot—lots of character, many rooms with varied decor, and an excellent permit-friendly location. Sally was extremely easy to work with and made the entire process smooth and fun! Our team definitely wants to return here for future productions.
What a dream location! First of all this house is incredible. So much character, each room with a different feel and vibe. A big open living room surrounded by windows, a beautiful dining room, creepy attic and crawlspace... so many options in one location. Sally is an incredible and accommodating host. She connected us with parking that is basically connected to the location, connected me with neighbors and let me know which ones needed special attention as to not run into any issues, and the property is tucked away in the back of a cul de sac with a wrap around driveway with makes it easy to park production vehicles and do all staging off of the street. We didn't even need a permit! I highly suggest this location if you're looking for something this vibe. 5 stars! Thank you Sally!
