Period-Correct Victorian/Turn-of-the-Century Home I have to say that the photos of this house as beautiful as they are still don’t do it justice. It’s exquisitely taken care of. And there’s so much care and thought put into the landscaping, the decor, and honestly the entire home itself.
You can tell this home was made by someone who truly loves it, the owners are kind, warm and so appreciative of people who give their home the same care they give it.
Would highly recommend renting this place if you need an ideal backdrop for your next creative needs.

Period-Correct Victorian/Turn-of-the-Century Home This is the best house ever !!! The interior design was immaculate and the layout of the house was perfect for what we were shooting (coming of age narrative). Every room had so much character, we couldn’t have set designed something as perfect if we tried. Joshua and his husband were lovely, would use this space again in a heart beat.

Period-Correct Victorian/Turn-of-the-Century Home This location was an absolute dream! The home was in perfect condition and even more beautiful in person. The space also has amazing energy and a peaceful yard that made filming with a large team very pleasant. The host was extremely communicative and helpful throughout the booking and filming process.
