I rent homes often for filming locations and I would absolutely recommend renting this beautiful home in such a magical neighborhood. The owners were very accommodating, friendly and easy to work with. The home has so much potential for filming and was such a pleasure to occupy for the day. The townhome is lovely and was very clean. The house has many assets that made filming there ideal.

Ken was a fantastic and communicative host. Everything was done very fairly, and we spoke a lot throughout the process to make sure expectations were aligned. The home is beautiful and in a perfect location, too. I'd definitely rent this space again!
We could not have asked for a better location for our short film. The 3 story townhouse was beautiful and we had more than enough room to set up gear, have space for the actors to relax in between scenes and even an outdoor patio in the back where we could eat lunch. Having parking was invaluable and made transportation very easy. Ken was incredibly communicative and accommodating for our cast/crew and was a great host all around. Will be recommending this location to others and would shoot here again in a heartbeat!
Ken is really wonderful and inviting. His communication was great and his place was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend them for your next shoot. Plus the parking was so helpful!
