The place looks nice and clean and the decor is similar to photos, but we didn’t have a great experience unfortunately.
We had booked this place for an engagement party, and the single biggest issue we had was that the speakers were EXTREMELY quiet. When we reached out to the host, he got back to us after almost 3 HOURS!! This was a 6 hour booking btw.
He was apparently on airplane mode and even after he saw our messages, the issue was not resolved and we didn’t get any updates whatsoever. In the Sonos app, the volume limit was set to 40% for all of the speakers and the host had to log in to fix that.
If you run into any issues during your event, don’t expect timely response and communication.
This totally killed the party vibe for us. Would not recommend.
Another thing to keep in mind for future bookers (not an issue for us) is that the lighting in the photos is definitely not reflective of reality. The photos definitely have been edited to look much brighter.
The space was just like the pictures. James was very accommodating with my special request to have a prop bed set up in the loft. Communication was great! Definitely recommend.
I had a bridal shower here for my daughter. The space was spectacular! Everyone at the party absolutely loved the space. James was wonderful with communication and help as this was my first time using Giggster. Highly recommend!!
Great versatile location for filming. We ended up filming 4 different scenes here because we were so impressed by the architecture and design. Super easy booking and confirmation. Hassle-free checkin and checkout.
