About the Space

We have a basement base of approx 5m X 7m that can be rented for rehearsals, casting, R&D etc. Please note that the published rate and minimum # of hours to book are flexible and it depends on the type of event, days of the week, timings & number of guests. So, it would be best to enquire if you are interested. The venue may have a separate cancellation policy. For further information, please ask the Event Manager.

    Super reasonably priced room hire in a world-class building. Does exactly what you need it to do and we had a great experience here. The hosts are very gracious and they sort you out throughout the entire process of booking, arriving, and using the space. Absolutely no faults that I can see and happy to give these guys some pretty high marks.

    A small room that has a lot to offer different types of projects. I was pleasantly surprised by this space and it has more to offer inside than I would have thought. Things like the makeup area with the light-up mirrors make a big difference to how smoothly the day can go for everyone, doesn’t go unappreciated that is for sure. If you are hesitating on whether or not to book this room, definitely do, it’s worth it.

    Efficient little space in an iconic building. Being able to hire this room is actually very handy indeed and I was glad when I discovered I could book this space for private hire. I booked this for our recent casting call and it worked out perfectly. Having the onsite bathroom and kitchen facilities, albeit small, are very handy to have and makes the day spent there easier for all of us. I will be back to book again for another upcoming casting call, really appreciated our time here.
