About the Space

Two-room, ground level recording & production studio in a building behind a residential house. In a quiet area on the edge of Brighton, just a couple of minutes walk from the beautiful Sussex Downs. The live room usually has a band back-line setup. Everything in there apart from the upright piano can be removed to create an empty space for your creativity! The adjoining control room is well equipped with recording desk and production facilities along with a number of chairs and small sofa etc. Both rooms have windows and plenty of natural light, but can be blacked out if necessary. There is a kitchenette and toilet attached to the studio. Overall the space is quite intimate but surpassingly flexible for close photo shoots and small video shoots etc. The space is primarily used for audio recording. If you are an artist or band looking to record we can help you craft an amazing record. The £25 per hour rate on this website is for dry hire of the studio space only without an engineer or producer.
