I booked this home to host a Yoga Day Retreat. Everyone was in awe of this home. Kim and her team are great hosts and available for all of your questions and needs. The house is gorgeous, with a perfect balance of historic character and modern design. The kitchen is fully stocked for any kind of stay. The backyard provided a great space to practice on the grass, hang out on the porch, and enjoy meals on the patio. There is also a big pool area for the summer and a hot tub by the back door for any season. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe, and it is easy to walk down the block to the beach. You will find plenty to enjoy with the website Kim provides for her guests with lots of information about the area. Thank you!!!

We rented the Topanga Sanctuary for a day event over the weekend — wow! We were thoroughly impressed. What a beautiful spot for us to gather. Plenty of parking made it convenient for everyone. The amenities were exceptional — we had 10 yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, and water, all contributing to a seamless experience. The sanctuary has a cabin-like feel with exposed wood — it was charming and had an energy that enhanced the overall atmosphere. Koryn was so helpful beforehand and during the booking process, and was kind enough to let us in earlier for set up and they even let us stay a bit longer when we needed some more time to finish our presentation.
