Space is ideal for martial arts, boot camp or fitness classes. There is shelving for equipment, but only for long term renters. We also offer the Main floor (2000 sq feet) which has wood floors, ideal for dance, martial arts, yoga, photography, etc. Cleaning fee of $25 applies depending on the rental or we can waive the fee if renter chooses to do their own cleaning according to our standards.
