Bright, clean, stylish and functional space with lots of seating. We hosted approximately 40 guests for a private farewell party. We were able to serve our own food and drink, which included alcohol with a Special Occasion Permit from the AGCO (purchased separately). We played our own music with the location's bluetooth sound system, which was very easy to use and sounded great. Staff very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had about the space. I'd gladly book this venue for a similar event in the future!

The space has so much natural light and the couch and chair are great props to use! Elliott was so good at communicating and his partner Chris was so great on the day of the shoot! We felt welcome and the space was perfect!

Space was exactly what we needed. Alice was accommodating. Only thing was the steamer wasn’t working as well as we needed so if you’re looking to use it I’d reccomend bringing your own. Overall the space was perfect and the natural lighting was beautiful.
