The historic Mansion was built in 1891. This Victorian Era building was once a home, but now has 3 floors of office space with the 4th floor penthouse outfitted as an apartment with full kitchen. Filled with original word workings and windows, this is a beautiful space for production.

We offer 1,000 - 4,000 square feet of production space available for video, film, photography and fine art uses. Located in the historic downtown Courthouse Square building, The Great Room has 10' windows & mid-century modern design. We rent the space as a blank canvas, and green room(s) are available for an additional daily fee.
Large conference room can seat up to 12-15 comfortably. The space has room for a projector or easel for presenting to a group. Would be a great space for training sessions or meetings. This room is downstairs from the entry level of the building and does not have elevator access.
We have a classroom setting that can fit up to 20 people. This space is perfect, if your want to do arts and crafts or a training class. We also, have a heat press, vinyl cutter, color and black & white printers if you want to create. If you just want someplace to do work and be within walking distance of places to eat. This is the place you should come.
We have two rig points for hanging aerial equipment as well as 7 sixteen foot dance pole that do both spin and static. We have a mirrored wall and 16 foot tall ceilings.
The floors are wood and the non mirror walls are painted red. We also have access to two 12 foot by 12 foot black curtains, a 16 foot by 16 foot green screen, bright up lighting and some colored lights.
