Boris and his businesses partner were so accommodating. They helped me move lighting and set up the space for my meeting. They are funny and respectful of my time. (I was nervous before the popup and this helped calm me down). My pop up went super well and in part i give them credit. The space is really cool. It feels like you know something when you enter from the street in chinatown I could not recommend them and the space more.

We used this property to host an influencer event and could not recommend the space & host (Carolina) enough! The property was absolutely stunning and presented so beautifully, just like the photos. Carolina went above and beyond on the day and all communication in the lead up was so friendly, quick and helpful. Organising an event from the other side of the world can be so tricky but having Carolina there to help made it feel so easy!

Laura was awesome for communicating with and the space was exactly what we needed. I would book it again in a heartbeat. It's especially great for its location in the heart of Capitol Hill life. This is a workspace, not a polished sort of party location, so if you want it pretty, you have to bring the means.

We used the space for a Celebration of Life event. It was a perfect venue for this with two fully set up bar areas and a kitchen to keep catered food warm. Owner was very helpful in helping us coordinate with caterers, bartending service, banquet permit / insurance, etc. and was on-site during the event. AV setup and sound system was set up and ready to go. I'd recommend as a venue for parties and receptions.

This location was perfect for my 30th birthday party. We had our own area of the restaurant. The hosts provided incredible service and allowed us to decorate and play our own playlist. The drinks and food are very tasty. This was a great event and an even better price for a space rental!
