Beautiful and quaint backyard. Perfect for a little evening party. Space was clean, organized and had some seating already available! Outdoor lighting, light sounds of water running and the beautiful surrounding plants made our night perfect. The hosts were warm and welcoming. 100% recommend!

If you're looking for an authentic and picturesque location for your next film project, this is the spot. This ranch provided the perfect backdrop for my short film. The owners of the location are incredibly accommodating, helpful, and over all top notch folks. I would highly recommend this film location.

This house has been perfect for our small crew. The backyard has plenty of space for holding wardrobe, gear, and lunch on the beautiful patio. The home is filled with wonderful natural light and the decor is neutral and right out of a home design magazine. The homeowner has good communication, and has been wonderful to work with. We hope she will allow us to book this location for future shoots.

We rented this dreamy space out to host a prom send-off for our daughter and we could not have been more pleased with space and service. David was an exceptional host with quick responses and timely support. His home is absolutely beautiful - the grounds are clean and immaculate , landscaping is lush, parking is plentiful, and space is jaw- dropping. There’s so much flexibility To make any event unique and special. We had the most amazing day and are so happy we found the perfect location to make memories.

We held a little reception party here after getting married at city hall! It was great this is a beautiful house with so much open space and seatings! Rachael was a wonderful host she was very attentive and helpful. I would definitely rent again and tell my friends and family.
