Very accomodating location! As a first-time producer for a student thesis film, this was one of the coolest (and easiest) locations to deal with. We had access to an additional trailer for basecamp with a bathroom, refrigerator, and power. Definitely the go-to spot if you're looking for a unique filming location!

Marty's location is even more impressive than in the photos. Lots of great options for video production setups, lots of natural light, and plenty of space to work with. Wonderful venue for our event. We booked Martin's home for my father's memorial having never been there to check it out. It was gorgeous. Beautiful property, absolutely perfect. We used the bottom floor and were able to open up both sides of the living room, one that led to an outside porch and the other was a bank of floor to ceiling glass doors. There was a great cross breeze that all of the guests enjoyed. The kitchen was perfect for our caterer as well. He was able to stage all of the food in the kitchen and use the big square table as the place to put all of the food. The upstairs deck was super nice but we didn't need it. Martin was so easy to communicate with. He went above and beyond for us and made a special event even more special with his attentiveness and kindness. Parking was super easy for all 45 of our guests. Great location, easy to find. Five stars, awesome.
