Armen is very professional and the house is an amazing place for an outdoor shoot- we used both the front and backyard and captured great images. Production crew found easy parking and the layout was accessible

The Owner was responsive and the space was central and unique! Unfortunately, there was some construction going on on the roof, which was challenging with our video interviews (the crew was installing air conditioning on the roof, right above us). Luckily, the crew was able to accommodate our schedule and worked with us to keep things quiet. Of course, this wasn't anyone's fault - just bad timing.
