This venue is AMAZING!!! Incredibly spacious at a very reasonable/affordable price. The owner, Stephen, is equally great. He was extremely accommodating and always quick to reply to messages/calls. I had to change the date of my event last minute (due to COVID), but I was not charged any extra fees. There was no hassle and my rescheduled event was a huge success! I will definitely be using this space again in the future and highly recommend it.

I rented the place for a marriage proposal. It is in a very nice neighborhood of New York, and the view is more amazing than it is in the pictures. Also, the host was a great person. He helped me with everything and was so understanding. He even gifted us a bottle of wine! Thank you so much for making it a great experience. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had my daughters 4th birthday party here during the height of covid. It was absolutely perfect!!! We were able to invite all of the kids from her 2 preschool classes and not worry about exposure from other kids/families outside of our large bubble. Everything we needed was right at hand. We had popsicles, music, cake, pizza, bubbles, water play & Moana stopped by. The kid size tables where perfect! The sand box, trikes & play structure were also a big hit. It was so nice to have everyone together in a controlled/safe, exclusive environment. The kids were able to be kids & the adults could relax a bit & mingle. The party was epic! I'm not sure how we can top it next year. People are still talking about it 9months later. I've been meaning to do this review for a while. Also, Gabriel is amazing & very kind. We were able to see the place in person before booking it. I do wish there was access to a fridge/freezer & it was a bit far coming from LA or Culver City, but we would totally book again. So happy we could support a local business.

Alpha and his wife were phenomenal hosts. I booked their space for a 30th birthday celebration with 25 people. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything that we needed and even helped us to set up and clean up. The space was nice and clean and the perfect size to accommodate us comfortably. I highly recommend this space! Thank you so much for helping to make the party a success.

The space is so amazingly beautiful. The plants and greenery are unreal. Jude is the most kind and amazing host and made the space so user friendly and amazingly asthetic. Will definitely use this place for future shoots and gatherings!!

So here it is the morning of my daughter's prom send off. I thought I had a venue secured and only for the request to get declined. So I found this spot and reached out to Tricia. Not only did she call me a few minutes later but she offered me a custom rate that couldn't be beat. Her venue was perfect for for my daughter's send off!!
