(Booked this space to shoot a short documentary film. You can see how we used the space on Vimeo, Running Through Her Past) It is such a beautiful studio that took our breath away when we stepped in. We highly recommend booking the studio during the morning to take advantage of the beautiful lighting and shadow cast by the mirror. There are so many different options in this studio! The plants, chairs, ladders, couches and more. They also have a load of rental supplies though we did not use them because we had our supplies. One of the things we missed the opportunity of using is the lighting in their studio. USE THEM! They're so cool and fun! My favourite thing about the studio is how easy it was to communicate with the owners. I had a mishap with booking the studio but they were so understanding and accommodating. They also answered my questions via text which is much more accessible for me as someone who is Deaf. I will definitely be back to shoot another video.

This space is so cool! Entry to the building is a breeze and the space is in immaculate condition. Appreciated that there were multiple backdrop options besides the boombox wall too. Can't recommend enough.

Great location - sprawling empty retro house perfect for our purposes. Dirty but that is to be expected. Permitted the street and had a cop and swat vehicle without issue or complaint. Tamar and her husband were super chill and easy to work with.
