We had a great experience in this space. The multicolored wall allowed us to make two different setups for our holiday photoshoot. There was plenty of natural light coming in (10am-1pm) and black out curtains if we wanted more controlled light. Theres a a lobby area with a front desk so that was nice for when my clients arrived. I brought my own lighting equipment but there was plenty there to use if I needed and the changing area was helpful. I needed to decrease my rental time by an hour and did so with plenty of notice and it was taken care of and the hour refunded immediately. I will be making this an annual rental for my holiday photo needs. Thanks!

The facility is very easy to access and has alot of parking! Octavia was extremely nice and stayed on the shoot to aid us with the lighting and fixtures. Would totally recommend!

Claudia Bloom was a pleasure to work with, very professional and approachable at the same time. The working relationship she created with me always ran smoothly and was extremely positive.
