We recently used this warehouse for a film shoot and I was blown away. The space is huge and versatile, and it's perfect for accommodating a medium-sized production (40+ people). The staff is also really friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a large, affordable space.

Our production had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Bob and the entire team at Loyal studios! Bob was an absolute pleasure to work with and was unbelievably kind and generous and really made sure to help support our short film production in any way possible. We loved the amazing assortment of memorabilia inside and we were able to utilize the dressing rooms and the green screen studio that was complete with pre-lit remote control lighting and a large grip and electric gear selection. Loyal studios was great since it offered multiple shooting locations and great parking options, sound proofed doors for great audio recording with minimal planes or traffic noise outside and good food selections nearby. The studio offered a great kitchen setup and a fridge and crafty area for snacks and lunch setup. Wonderful shoot here, thank you so much for everything. We look forward to our next shoot here and couldn't recommend filming here enough! -Jordan

An excellent and unique spot. The owner is the direct contact and they are very responsive and easy to communicate with. This is in an area of the city that is historically been underfunded and under-served. We had no issues and were able to film as planned, on schedule, and got exactly what we needed. FWIW there is no running water on premises, but there is a large regional library nearby where we went.
