We held a cool birthday party for our 13 year old in this wonderful space! Thank you so much to Calm for being so generous with helping make it so special. Photo back drop, table for food, great to have a kitchen as well. Everyone left with a smile on their face. Very clean, good vibes, I loved how happy everyone was. Thank you for everything.

Matt was the kindest and most gracious host ever. Our daughter‘s birthday was a huge success because of our host, Matt. We are so incredibly thankful to him. If we could give him and his venue a million stars, we would. We highly recommend renting this venue. Not only is his property impeccably clean, but it looks like it’s straight out of a western storybook. Thank you again, Matt. We are forever thankful to you!!!

This was a great location. I received so many compliments for it from my guests. Edgar was super easy to work with. Because my event was on a Sunday, I found it a little challenging to find somewhere to rent tables and chairs from that would be open to pick up after my event. I was able to rent tables and chairs from Edgar. The space is just as beautiful as it is in the pictures. The only issue I had was that the door to reach the stairs/elevator to get to the vault is in a shared entryway for the bank. Just make sure you have someone whose job is to man that door during your event. People will try to enter the bank. This would not deter me from possibly renting this space again in the future though.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. Lana (the host) has curated such a chic, warm, and welcoming space for big and small gatherings. There are so many cozy areas for people to hang out and the stage area is perfect for any music set-ups you may have. Ample street parking available for guests. Lana made my 30th birthday party so special and memorable. Highly recommend this venue!
