Elena was a warm and welcoming host. The studio was more spacious than expected. They have lot of nices props and furniture such as fake flowers, rugs, stools, bench, and couch. Great location to film in! My team had a packed 12hr day of 6 setups both interior and exterior. The wide open spaces in this home and the large sliding glass door to the backyard and pool area both made our packed shoot day easy to be nimble and gave us lots of natural light to bounce around. We had a crew of 15 yet we fit comfortably in this home. The property manager, Josh, was very easy to reach before we committed to the space and he was very available to help us on our production day. One of the owners remained in the house during our production and that was initially a concern for me. However the owner did not bother or interrupt production other than checking in once to see if we needed anything. One thing to be mindful of is that parking can be limited in this area, however our shoot started early and street parking was readily available. Street cleaning for the street in front of the house is on Friday mornings I believe yet please do your own research. Also there was not easy access to large trash cans. Not a problem for our crew because we hauled our trash out but just flagging this so that you know if you’re doing a medium to large production you may want to have a solution for trash reduction and hauling trash to a large dumpster. I would use this space again for future productions. The owners and manager made our production work very easy. We used the front yard to build cameras. We had space to make a green room. Plus the house looks gorgeous on camera.

Beautiful property! I used the backyard for a few hours for an small photoshoot in the evening. The space is beautiful, private, and the entrance is magical. There are many different places to shoot. Sunny is very accommodating and enjoyable to work with, the photoshoot was a huge success! I would definitely recommend this space for photo shoots!
