Derek and Lupe are THE BEST!!! They made a comment about how they’ve had good luck with all the productions that have been shot there - it’s because of them. They want you to succeed. They enjoy being around everyone and everyone enjoys being around them. The tenants are great too. We had an amazing shoot and if this location fits your needs you should jump on it!

Cristina (the host) was super helpful and very responsive! Overall, this place was great. Looked just like the pictures and the lighting was PHENOMENAL - everyone was raving about it. The only reason I gave this location 4 stars instead of 5 is that there was some gravel/bits of concrete on the couch when we got there. There was construction happening on the exterior of the building (which Cristina warned us about) and the vibrations must've loosened some of the foundation. Nothing major though and was easily moveable. Overall - highly recommend this location - very photograph-able and aesthetically pleasing!

Great space, the listing photos do need updating, some items no longer in space as shown in photos. Security was great at the building. Future clients to note that they do not offer 1/2 hour rates. Would of stayed the full hour if I knew I would be charged a full hour.
