This was an absolute gem of a place! Super charming and very cozy as well as functional and spacious! We had enough space to even have a lovely game of oversized Jenga!!! The parking is convenient and I loved the ambiance for the Christmas themed party we hosted. I would definitely use this venue again for any of my gatherings it’s central location and ease of use was just everything I needed for all my guests young and old to enjoy the time together. We had use of the kitchen too which is a total plus!!!

The space was exactly as advertised and I did not have any issues utilizing the space or equipment. There was some minor confusion at the end of the rental regarding a credit card of mine that was held for the duration of the shoot-changed staff at the desk did not immediately even know that they retained the card and did not believe they had it-but this was resolved fairly quickly.

Piers was prompt and easy to communicate with. Easy place to find and get to. The loft was fantastic to shoot in. I booked a shoot 4-8pm and even at that time the light was superb. There was a ceiling hung swing, a great couch, other seating options for shots and plenty of space to get creative. The place was clean and there was loads of room from a full glam team, stylist, photographer etc… to set up. Street Parking was ok ( heads up there are a lot of tents N of the location ) so not to be alarmed. And bonus-our dog was welcomed ( he was part of the shoot). Def recommend this spot. Enjoy
