This is the only dedicated pickleball facility in the Gulf South that combines both indoor and outdoor courts with food, drinks, and live music. Located in the Lower Garden District, we are a totally unique space featuring six air-conditioned indoor Pickleball courts, an outdoor court, plus specialty cocktails, excellent food, and other games like ping pong and corn hole.

This 42-seat concert hall is situated in a custom built house designed by renowned New Orleans architect Wayne Troyer. It has a Steinway piano, flexible seating, and is ideally suited to acoustic music. The owner is a classical cellist and hosts a monthly concert series. It has been rented for other functions such as meetings, birthday parties, and commercial filming. A full kitchen is located next to it and can be part of the rental for an additional fee.
