The perfect space for small to medium sized productions at a very affordable rate with an amazing customer service-focused owner. Free reserved parking at the studio was a huge bonus, and the A/C and blackout curtains made for optimal filming conditions. There is a kitchenette, washroom, full length mirror, extension cord and plenty of folding chairs on site for cast/crew. Use of a fog machine was permitted after messaging the owner which not all studios allow but was crucial for my project's vision. Highly recommended and will definitely book again!!
