I can't say enough good things about Sunland Studios and Debby and her incredible team. From the moment we arrived, they were communicative, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure me, my cast, and crew were well taken care of. They were friendly and made us feel right at home. The location itself is a hidden gem. It exceeded all my expectations and looked even better in person. If you're looking for a fantastic place to shoot your film, I highly recommend Sunland Studios and Debby's team. You won't be disappointed!

On top of this being a truly unique and charming home to film in, Myanna was a kind and gracious host. She was always reachable if we had a question, but never in the way. Her flexibility in regards to us scouting was a big help as well. The gate with the arch over it at the end of the driveway can make it difficult for larger vehicles to enter (I wouldn't try a cube truck), but we were able to get a G&E sprinter inside, even with some items stored on top. Space in the house can be tight depending on where you're filming and how big your crew is, but there's a larger back patio and an upper driveway by a shed that can be utilized for crafty/catering/staging. All in all, definitely worked for us. And lastly, the neighborhood is quiet and doesn't seem to mind filming. Definitely worth a look!
