We had a baby shower for my daughter here. It was a lovely time, great food and drinks, wonderful staff. We could have used another server and bar tender for our 50 person party, but the owner compensated me for that inconvenience. I would recommend this place for a fun party for any occasion. There are two floors so the party can spread out, but mostly people hung by the bar.

I recently hosted my baby shower at this location and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The room was not only modern and spacious but also equipped with all the necessary furniture and items for hosting an event like ours. From ample counter space and a fridge to comfortable couches, tables, and chairs, everything we needed was readily available.
Despite hosting about 50 people, including decor tables and chairs for everyone, the space felt just right, neither too crowded nor too empty. The host was incredibly responsive, answering my messages promptly, and exuded a warm and accommodating demeanor throughout.
The directions and information provided were clear and concise, making it easy for guests to find the venue. However, the only downside was the tricky downtown parking situation, which posed a challenge for some of my guests. Additionally, lugging decor and catering up multiple flights of stairs proved to be a bit of a hassle.
Overall, though, I highly recommend this location for anyone looking to host an event. The positives far outweighed the minor inconveniences, and my baby shower was a memorable and enjoyable occasion thanks to the excellent facilities and service provided.

The space is beautifully decorated and easy to have a great event in. The loading dock in the back made it easy to bring in decorations and food. The hosts made it easy for our guests to get into the building and find out event. Someone was there to greet us before our event and was available to us if we needed anything throughout the event. All of our guests could not stop telling us how nice the space was. I will definitely keep this space in mine as I plan additional events and gatherings.

My event was a baby shower & the event was especially nice & laid back. It required little decor because it was already beautifully decorated with lively accents, lighting & surround sound. I highly recommend the space. It looks more inviting than the photos.

We couldn't ask for a better event space for our baby shower. Not only was The Yellow Door Beach House a beautiful space, it was comfortable and enjoyable for everyone. The aesthetic of the home fits with any theme, look, or feel you're going for, which is exactly what we wanted. The Yellow Door Beach House is a versatile space and there were plenty of amenities (and parking). Our guests were so impressed with the thoughtful design of the home and asked us how we ever found this space.
Tracy made my first time reserving the home a very positive and memorable one. She is genuinely interested/excited about your event and is open to hear what you have planned. She always made herself available with any questions I had and responded promptly every time. She is so easy to work with, communicative, responsive, accommodating, and I would recommend working with her and this space.
