One of the most convenient locations to date! Super clean, super flushed out daylight studio. The space came with so much gear and production supplies that we hardly had to rent anything! Sean was extremely helpful throughout the booking process, and maintained the same helpful energy during our shoot. This space has everything you need to feel comfortable on set, and all of the buildings facilities are safe and clean. A huge bonus are all of the food options downstairs. This made coffee orders and lunch a breeze! Definitely give this place a shot!

Anthony was super helpful and very responsive. We had a lot of moving parts to our shoot plus celebrity talent on set. Anthony was always available and happy to answer all of our production questions. He met us right on time and was just a cool cat all around. The space was awesome and had really good light from 3pm to Sunset. We closed the white diffused curtains during peak sun hours and the diffused light was perfect. After that, we closed the black out curtains and almost had controlled studio light. I would say probably about 75%-80% blacked out. Bring a dolly though as the there is a decent length hallway to go down once you exit elevator to cross over to studio. The space is beautiful, but not huge. It says in the notes you can't stage gear in the hallway so we were a little bit cramped for space to store gear but other than that we had an awesome shoot and the images came out amazing. Overall Anthony and Suzette's A+++ service, and the views of the space, earns this loft 5 STARS.

There are also plenty of crafty/lunch options next to the location. Will definitely film there again if I ever need an office set again.
