LOVED the time spent in the pool and hot tub, believe it or not even though its HOT in houston, us true houstonians enjoyed the hot tub :) lovely memories here. Host was quick to respond to all our messages and tend to our needs.

We actually rented Meg's space for a small Celebration of Life gathering to honor the memory of my father-in-law. The place was perfect - immaculate, eclectic, and intimate with impeccable attention to detail as regards furnishings and fixtures. The backyard was peaceful and lovely as well. Meg was gracious and easy to coordinate with - a clear communicator and a pleasure to work throughout, from loading in tables to clean-up. `I know Giggster specializes in film shoots, but I would highly recommend this space for smaller events and gatherings as well. It was a great alternative (and far more economical) to other area venues that usually handle weddings and similar events. Just a fantastic venue and a great experience all around.

Great space for hosting a small party! A separate space with a fridge was perfect for setting up all the food. The space was smaller than anticipated but could seat about 20 people comfortably and it had good lighting. All of my guests had no trouble parking (some parking at the building, lots of street parking) which was a great bonus. Chris was a great host and always replied quickly. Personally, I was disappointed with the high cleaning fee because the space was so small and we were required to book for 8 hours. I would highly recommend bringing a high-quality/loud speaker as the smaller Bluetooth speaker I had was not loud enough for the space. Also, something to be mindful of if choosing to book this space is that there are lots of stairs to get into the room. Overall we had a great time and I would book again!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience renting the Lakehouse. Our guests had such a great time! Josh and his wife were wonderful and checked in with us prior to the event on several occasions. This was a Sweet 16 party that was very memorable. Our guests enjoyed looking at the lake, sitting at the dock, and swimming in the pool. The large kitchen was great for indoor catering. There was a large area on the patio where we had a Photo Booth and a DJ set up. I would highly recommend this venue for entertaining.
