Our Office space is located on the second story of the historic, secure Lee & Young Building in the heart of Chinatown, Honolulu. The space is 273 sq. ft. with a private, secure entrance. 9 ft. ceilings make the main space feel open, and the additional storage/dressing room keep your project or event area free from clutter. This is a rage room and splatter art studio. A very unique space, we have rented it out a few times for music videos. We have lots of black lighting in common areas, with junk turned art on the walls. Two rage room spaces, both with lighting and one has a bay door street level, the other has a brick wall. Beautiful studio space for a small crew shoot. A bit tricky getting in, though, needed to download the August app to unlock the door. Not great for tech UNsavvy people like myself. Make sure you do this ahead of time!

What a great day! Highly suggest taking the time for yourself to go relax at the spa space :-). Having your own suite to relax in and then go use the amenities (sauna, pool etc..) is priceless.
