How is this location so cheap? In a great way. We literally only used as a green room, and ran out of time before we could shoot a scene in here... But extremely usable space to film any number of scenes... I will be back!

Beautifully designed home that worked excellent for our production. The location itself is light, open, and visually appealing. Jaimi the host was friendly and more then accommodating to our needs, and was willing to help our whole team get everything we needed. I would gladly shoot here again. Only note is that certain pictures of the upstairs apparently aren't included in the listed price, so that should be made clear up front. Thanks

Wonderful people, beautiful home. FilmLA runs a parking lot across the street, super convenient! OR there is another lot on Adams. Nice wide street for your trucks, home has lots of places for staging gear. Highly recommend!
