Pros: Super kind and helpful owners, nice area of Dallas, beautiful space, lots of parking Cons: No wifi (should def be disclosed), AC doesn't really work b/c it's an old building, building locks completely on the weekend so it's hard for clients to access on their own, lots of cleaning/set up needed prior to event, floral wallpaper in main area Overall, I would recommend this space as a photo studio over an event space. I think it needs a few more things (like wifi and functioning AC) before being listed as an event space. With that being said it definitely served it's purpose and I would recommend it as a photo studio!
