I had my 50th birthday celebration in this space. Chris and his team were very professional. They explained everything the space provided and provided information about timing and how the room could/would be configured. My caterer and DJ were able to set up. My family was able to configure the room to maximize space. I would recommend this event space. It offers parking, an elevator, clean facility and of course the Fulton Market neighborhood. I'm happy Chris and his team were able to accommodate my request and the little snafus that come with all events. They helped to make the process smoother. Thank you. I'd definitely recommend them.

We wanted to throw a house party, just not at our house, and this space fit the bill exactly. Having a working kitchen and being fully furnished with various areas to sit or stand worked out incredibly well. The place ended up feeling much bigger than we realized, so our 50 or so guests had plenty of room to move around. The big table in the back was a great spot to put the food we brought in, and the kitchen area worked well for our serve-yourself bar. We stocked the fridge with beer and put the rest of the alcohol across from the kitchen on the craft counter. We also had live music with a four-piece acoustic-electric band (no drum kit) which fit in nicely in the area between the kitchen and the bathroom. Beautiful space!
