Hello! By day we're a coffee shop and bookstore on the South Side of Chicago. Tucked away in an idyllic brick building, Build's indoor space and outdoor patio are ideal for meetings, parties, workshops, performances, screenings, and summer BBQs, and more. In total, there is approximately 1450 square feet of rentable space, including our outdoor patio. The patio is approximately 950 square feet and can comfortably seat 50 people for a seated dinner, 75 for a cocktail style gathering.

Excellent space for filming. Long hallways, lots of rooms already dressed with decorations. Fantastic natural light. There’s even a nice little backyard. Communication with the owner was seamless and were very easy to work with. If you need a home for your shoot I’m telling you this is the one.
