Tucked away in an idyllic brick building, Build's indoor space and outdoor patio are ideal for meetings, parties, workshops, performances, screenings, and summer BBQs, and more. In total, there is approximately 1450 square feet of rentable space, including our outdoor patio. The patio is approximately 950 square feet and can comfortably seat 50 people for a seated dinner, 75 for a cocktail style gathering.
