This space was perfect for my music video. The owner responds in a very timely manner. I was surprised the owner was there to greet us even tho he had a very knowledgeable and reliable attendant to accommodate us. I will definitely be working with these guys in the future.

Jeremy is a good host. We just had some communication issues (that was more the fault of Giggster than him.) Nice clean spot. I wiped down my areas before I left and took a peek at the balcony. I will be back.

Great location with amazing views. Maria was an excellent hose and very accommodating to our production. She worked with the building to organize our load in and security clearance in advance. She was great to communicate with and even responded to messages over the weekend before our shoot.

Extraordinarily unique and beautiful spaces throughout this building! The ornate two-story atrium, hallways with hand-stamped wallpaper, ancient signage. We had a significant production footprint for a space of this kind and the hosts were incredibly accommodating of that fact. Tyler kept things in working order for us and we couldn’t have pulled it off without him. One thing for productions who will be in the space extensively to take significant heed of is the no plumbing/bathroom situation. Be sure to create a plan ahead of time and you’ll be in good shape.
