I threw my parents surprise 60th birthday here and Jen was such an amazing host. Her property is a secluded gem full of so much vegetation, we felt like we were in a secret garden and the pictures don’t even do it justice. Her communication and eagerness to make your event come to life is truly amazing. She is so genuine and helpful and she answered all of my questions. We bought our own tent and chairs, but she provided us 3 tables. If we need something simple, she would provide us what she could. If you’re looking to throw an event and you don’t have a venue this is such an amazing alternative if your not looking spend thousands of dollars on a banquet hall. I would book the bixby backyard over and over again just for the comfort of having Jen as a host. Thank you so much for making this special moment come to life.

Rany was a fantastic host and the venue space is amazing. It fit our 40 guests with plenty of extra space. It has 3 great separate spaces - an outdoor area, a great indoor dance area with amazing lighting and sound system, and a front lighter room with a great bar and table area. We had such a great time here for a birthday party. Rany was fast and clear with communication and even helped us out with hiring security last minute for the event. If you are looking for a fun space in toronto for a great price, this is it!!!

I used the space for a potluck which went perfectly! Everything when exactly as described in the listing, and the host was super prompt at responding, and answered all questions. Chairs and tables (as requested) were already out when we arrived for our booking time which really helped save time with our set up. Parking was most importantly super easy to access both on the street and across the street at loblaws (our rental was for a Saturday evening). Will definitely be using the space again and would recommend for anyone wanting an intimate party or other small event!

This venue is incredible! I hosted an intimate murder mystery in celebration of my 40th birthday and it was the perfect speakeasy setting. While the venue looked the part and was my original reason for falling in love with the space, it was completely overshadowed by the amazing staff. They went above and beyond to host us from my initial inquiry until we packed up to leave. The staff even dressed in theme. The food and drinks were also delicious. It's a hidden LA gem!
