This space was perfect for a scene in my short film. Between the lighting, parking, set up, and easy access, I couldn't have found a more perfect spot. I was kind of nervous about the fact that it is in a shopping plaza, but that made the spot even more perfect because I was able to grab breakfast, lunch AND do some last minute set printing without having to get in my car. The owner was super nice and was great at communicating which made getting in and locking up a piece of cake. WILL DEFINITELY FIND A REASON TO BOOK AGAIN!

This is a beautiful private photo studio in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. We booked this for a workshop/photo event and absolutely loved the space. The loft area with seating is a nice touch, and the cyc wall allowed us to capture amazing content.
