The brown couch wasn't there unfortunately. Otherwise, it was a big space with various furniture and decoration pieces. It's great for a big or small group! We went there specifically for the red brick! Only problem we had was we couldn't get in for 45 minutes because we weren't given access instructions. You have to write to them the day-of to ask for it. They let us stay another 30 minutes though.

We did a Photoshoot in the space and it was wonderful. The views create a great back drop and are on 3 sides of the condo. Lara was amazing to work with during booking and during the shoot. If you are looking for a photo shoot space or filming location, we highly recommend you use Lara and this space.

This space was exactly what we were looking for! There was plenty of room for our 4 person team to fit comfortably. And there was plenty of room covered by the green screen to get some small moving shots with our actors. And the best part was the host Gianni! He was extremely professional and accommodating. He took special care to make sure we had what we needed, were well educated on how to use the lights and space, and was available throughout our shoot. Definitely recommend this space to anyone needing a small to medium green screen or white screen studio.

The host Crizanne and her husband was very understanding and helpful to all of the production's need as well, we had the smoothest music video shoot here and I cannot thank them enough for making it possible.
