Not only is this a unique find in LA but our host was super attentive and hospitable to all our needs in pre production as well as during the day of the shoot. The living room gets amazing sunlight in the mornings, and there is a lot of space around the house for additional setups. We had a backdrop in front of the garage which gets lots of sunlight during the afternoon as well. The backyard is a true gem with panoramic views and consistent afternoon light until sunset. I would recommend this place for anyone interested in shooting natural light, and also because the hosts are a lovely couple who are very accommodating.

Impeccable host and venue. Pleasant, flexible, communicative, and exceptionally accommodating (we never heard no, within reason!). Was able to meet all of our needs and then some. We had the entire building to ourselves, plus a private parking lot and an abundance of street parking. Could not recommend this location more!

This place looked exactly like the photos. One of the rooms that was in the listing ended up not actually being available because someone was living in it now which was a bit of a bummer because we were looking forward to using that room. I recommend confirming with the owner in advance that the areas you are interested in are in fact going to be available. Otherwise, we had no issues. Host was easy to work with and let us do our thing. I would book this place again.

This was my first time using Giggster. I was doing a small photo shoot and loved the look of this location. The site was easy to use. I was able to chat with the host first via the website. Got my questions answered and booked right away. This location is great. And it is VERY affordable, which made me happy. The hosts, Noah & Valerie were very pleasant and easy to work with. The location was very clean. They provided a wardrobe rack, a green room and place for the models to set up and relax. They allow you to rearrange the furniture if you need a different look. They have wifi and a refrigerator. They do have a small driveway where you are able to park a car or two [there is also street parking.] Also, as this was post covid quarantine - they provided hand sanitizer and gloves and masks. I was very appreciative of this location. I want to thank Noah & Valerie for making my first experience with Giggster a good one. They have a really cool location; decorated like a mini victorian villa! It looks amazing on camera. I highly recommend this location!
