Great place to shoot for an office scene! It's very spacious, and my crew was easily able to maneuver around the area. There were also plenty of great amenities add it to it such as chairs and tables, and the host was very open about moving things around, which was certainly a necessity for our shoot. It's also for cheaper than any of the other office locations I could fine, and the host was fine charging me a normal rate for the overtime. It was also perfectly quiet on the inside, which was great for sound! I would highly recommend this place if you're an independent filmmaker looking for an office location that won't break the bank!

Beautiful space! It had everything we needed for a weekend workshop. It allowed the entire group (20) to meet all at once, as well as allowed for breakout spaces. The host was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend booking this event space.

Charlotte and her team were amazing! The location was great, easy to access and very clean. This was located in midtown so be prepared to pay for parking. It is covered parking at the location but it is a bit pricey. There is surrounding parking for 10.00 though and there weren't any issues. I would definitely recommend and will book again!
