There were a few small challenges: the outlets were far away from our intended lights, and the overhead tarps that the space had meant the lighting had to be precise. Really great space managed by an excellent staff. Please note, can get a bit noisy as it does sit in the middle of an industrial space and there were a few stops in our shoot due to noise, but nothing that wasn't more than a minute or two here and there.
