Both the house - and Penny - were an absolute delight to work with. The property is incredibly well maintained and picturesque, situated in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors that's easy to work in. And Penny (the owner) was a dream. Delightful, easy to work with, accommodating and hospitable. Couldn't recommend the property more!
