Chatsworth mini ranch, former stagecoach way station, near Stony Point, Santa Susana mountains. Has 1800 sq. ft home built in1913, 600 sq. ft guest house for green room, 1 1/2 acres, miniature donkey, miniature horse, chickens, giant oak tree deck, and 55 seat auditorium. Various films/shows done here previously.

Had an amazing shoot at this location, the owners were the nicest and most accommodating people. The ranch had so many spots for our music video and it was very authentic to the time period. Would definitely shoot there again.

We needed a rural aesthetic within the boundaries of Los Angeles, and this location delivered perfectly. The hosts generously allowed us to use several of their outdoor and weathered furnishings, saving us the effort of bringing in additional set dressing. If you’re looking for a setting that captures the essence of weathered, rural America, this is the place. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating—highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about Patrick and Bonnie. The location is fantastic, but they're even better! The communication and accessibility was top notch from the beginning scout straight through until we wrapped. They were there every step of the way to make sure we were provided with everything we needed to make our filming go as smooth as possible. You can't go wrong with filming at this location. We searched a lot of locations and this one was perfect for our needs and you won't do better on the rate anywhere else! I hope to get a chance to film there again. I highly recommend this location!

Patrick and Bonnie were incredibly accommodating and I would recommend anyone to come to this ranch. Their property has so much to offer, and there is so much texture and options to choose from. We had a group of about 30 people, and every one was well taken care of and safe!

I love this space, it's so unique and unlike anything else in the area. We made a short film this past weekend here, primarily using the theater as well as the living room area. The owners, Patrick and Bonnie, could not have been more accommodating and helpful.
