About the Space
Located near Downtown San Diego, the Tiny House & Inflatable Tent Event Space is an outdoor event space located on our Good Life Vacation Rental Hotel Property. Note: There is a 4 hour minimum on this event space. Bookings made that are less than 4 hours will be canceled. Following your booking, you will receive a link to reserve your Inflatable Event Tent Space. Please choose 2 consecutive time slots to reserve your event space. The Space Featured details of the event space include: • Event Capacity of up to 200 guests (increased rates based on headcount) • LED & string lights • 52 ft long x 20 ft wide event tent with 10' ceilings • Tables with 36 banquet padded chairs, and wine barrels for catering table tops • Perfect for receptions, corporate events, weddings, meeting space, socializing, family reunions Amenities provided with the event space include: • BYO Catering • Alcohol BYO or option for purchase • ADA Event Space, 2 ADA restrooms • Free Street Parking • High Speed Wifi • Legal Hotel: Our event space is legal as we are a legal hotel. Ada walkways and safety features are in place. Additional Add-ons As the Event Space is located on resort property, you may upgrade your event to include: • Overnight Lodging: add 5 to 34 bedrooms • Upgrade Event Space: Vintage Beach, 20'x35' • Upgrade Event Space: Event Tent 3, 16'x32' • Photo booth • Tables & Chairs (upgrade for more than 36) • Speakers • Heaters Guest Access Located inside Good Life Vacation Rental Resort, this event space is gated and private. Neighborhood The Good Life Vacation Rental Resort is located near Downtown San Diego. We are located near nearby attractions including: Gaslamp District Little Italy Balboa Park Seaport Village San Diego International Airport San Diego Convention Center Other things to note Event Policies Catering & Alcohol • Please let us know if you plan to hire a food truck or caterer so we can best assist you and ensure they are set-up in the correct location • Please be mindful of guest drinking limits and cut-off any guest that might threaten safety • Clean-up all food and alcoholic beverages after service Decorations • Decorations are encouraged! • Hosts are allotted 30 minutes before event for set-up and 30 minutes after for event clean-up • If you need additional time for set-up or clean-up for your event, please contact us so we can best assist.
