Our Grass is Greener Event Tent space offers 2 extra-large event tents for groups up to 200. You will have private use of 2 event tents as well as a large driveway, picnic tables, and an uncovered grass area with firepit and social games. It includes a 18' wide by 40' long space for food truck parking next to the tents which is perfect for caterers to set up and serve during large events.

KID FRIENDLY: We allow kids to enjoy our spaces. We ask that parents monitor their children and help mitigate so no damages are incurred.
BATHROOMS: 1 ADA bathroom will be provided for up to 70 guests. 2 bathrooms will be provided for 71+ guests.
SAFETY & ADA ACCESS: Our event spaces are at a well-known Resort and are within the hotel boundaries and have access via lift or flat landing. Walkways are ADA compliant. Exiting and fire path plans follow local compliance. This is not a backyard; it's a legal hotel.
PRIVACY: Our AstroTurf and Tent event space resides within the boundaries of our Hotel/Resort. The beach lobby and welcome area of our event space is located close to Downtown San Diego and is a shared welcome space. You will see other vacation rental guests in the beach area as well, but your event space is secluded and gated for privacy. We also offer to option to add on our beach lobby if you want it completely private for your event!
