About the Space
( video to access filmed in a Prius) (If your comfortable driving in dirt the property is accessible by car.) *older reviews talking about property access are outdated these issues have been addressed =) (ParkingSpace for 5-10 vehicles or more on the property.) ** There is aslo unlimited street parking just a 5 minute walk, For Motor homes/trailers or Anyone not comfortable driving on side dirt roads. Music Video Shot there: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oDBw-wlGotc This space is a unique venue in the middle of the desert, with a 360 degree view of the Rocky Mountains and the Desert Valley. It's a large lot, park benches, a nice boulder section, flat desert space and Joshua trees. Please note: The place has no access to water or electricity; however, phone and LTE reception is good here.

The location worked wonderfully for us. The boulder and the desert are beautiful. Francois was very accommodating. I recommend bringing a 4x4 SUV in case any of the vehicles get stuck. The road itself is packed and drivable on a dry day, but if you go on the soft shoulder or a part less driven, you will get stuck so make sure to pack a couple of strong straps along.

Francois was great to work with, and the land was perfect! There are great desert hills to the north and big vista views to the south/south east, so we were able to get a pretty moonrising in the east, and a gorgeous sunset to the west. At night, you see the distant twinkles of city lights, but there was completely unobstructed desert landscape all around us, which was amazing. I was very grateful Francois gave us a heads-up about the dirt road condition as my car would not have made it steep and often washed out road! Absolutely recommend an all wheel vehicle to get to this spot, but it's well worth the drive.

Fantastic location that lived up to the photos and description - provided exactly what we needed. Host responded to questions right away and was amazingly helpful. Provided directions and advice via email and video to get in and out of property was immensely helpful and much appreciated. Had absolutely no issues shooting here all day.
