About the Space

Audio recording booth with full size green room. Full use of the spacious green room with A/C, sofa, chairs and desk. The space also includes an engineering booth with several monitors and a full size, fully functional Audio Recording booth with two mics, speakers, Screen display and more. Perfect for recording audio for video games, movies, television, and ADR to name a few. The VO booth is sound treated, but being downtown, there are instances of sirens, or extremely loud noises, so audio will need to be paused for such cases.
