It is a beautiful historical home with a skylight, fireplaces, huge ceilings, beautifully decorated bedroom, large living and dining area with an open kitchen layout. Marble floors and marble bathrooms. Access to filming indoors and out. This space can hold up to 25 to 30 people, please ask permission for anything over 30 people. Just moments away from downtown Jersey City and the New York nightlife. There are plenty of transportation options available whether it be bus service, light rail, path trains, or Uber. Airports are less than 20 minutes away. Proximity to shopping areas includes Newport and Hudson Mall, Bayonne Crossing shopping centers, and The American Dream Mall.
