It is a hot summer day in New York. We see Central Park, where people sit on the benches, working on their tan or just taking a stroll. We then see a street in New York, where a child is fiddling with a fire hydrant trying to open it, but a man tries to stop him. Despite the man's intervention, water flows from the hydrant, pushing off the man, whom Larry (Andrew McCarthy) and Richard (Jonathan Silverman) outstep.
