Historic Old Hollywood Home

This was a last minute booking. I was contacted by someone on the team who spoke English well. We aligned to key items to adhere to like only 1 car could park at location, no crew in outside garden courtyard, no loud noises or music, no disturbances to guests staying in guest house. Once the crew arrived for the shoot it became clear they are not professionals. My point of contact also switched from someone with strong English to individuals with poor English which only complicated things and made the management of them much harder. They continually insisted on parking more than 1 car, even though we agreed to only 1, we got multiple complaints from neighbors about loud noises and music/people outside making noises at 10pm. They disturbed our guests several times. Things only seemed to get under control when I told them they have to adhere to no noise, no outside people etc or I’d shut down shoot and have police issue noise disturbance to them. To be forced into such a situation bc they refused to behave appropriately is why I have given them low rating. This was a bad experience for us, as hosts, and I wouldn’t want others to go through the same. I wish I had thought to look at their reviews bc they are generally poor. They also left food remnants all over the house like chips, cookie crumbs, teddy grahams and some sauce like stuff all over kitchen. We don’t recommend this entity for filming.
