Beautiful space! Easy parking and access. Lots of room for cool shots! Natural light and perfect little vignettes of decor that just works. Sean was easy to book with and very flexible to make my experience happen with ease. Thanks again.

This is a wonderful space to shoot and Sean is a true professional and easy to work with. It's ground floor and easy to load into. It has lots of natural light even on a cloudy day (you could shoot with no lights and a bounce or two). And if it is sunny you'll get beautiful sunlight from around 2pm (there are blinds to block light as well). You could light from outside the window if you wanted, but you would need someone out there with your light as it's a busy sidewalk. I'd 100% shoot here again.
